A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We will move your website(s) to our topflight cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost info and unnecessary network downtime. This is why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We’ve got experienced administrators whose sole task is to make sure that your web site works precisely as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based on famous scripts like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time frame, since there are a lot of factors, among them the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: We will need the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Yes. We support all common Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven hosting platforms, because we do not provide Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary web site building and administration interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
