One of the usual reasons to get a server of your own is that you shall have full control over the software environment and you can install anything you wish. This will allow you to run programs that need certain software in order to be present on the server, which is not possible with a shared web hosting server in which you are able to install software only in the account, but not on a root level. In case you're not very familiar with this type of matters, however, you might face complications as managing a server of your own differs from managing a conventional shared website hosting account. In this light, we offer an upgrade with our server solutions called Installation & Troubleshooting, thus our admins can deal with a variety of tasks which should be performed or can resolve many problems that you may experience.

The upgrade could be ordered for any of the
virtual private server solutions regardless of the OS and Control Panel you have picked or the task that you need to be done as our administrators will help you with everything relevant to the software on the server. This includes, but isn't limited to, installing third-party software, setting up hosting server options, troubleshooting scripts when they do not work efficiently, and so forth. The upgrade includes one hour of work and if a certain task requires less time, the remaining minutes shall be available for the future and shall be listed within the VPS billing Control Panel. You can use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an individual upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which includes 30 minutes of custom work on your hosting server. That way, you could work on your web sites without having to worry that you will not be able to use some app or losing time on technological matters.

The upgrade is available with all our
Linux dedicated web hosting and as long as you add it, our skilled administrators will be able to assist you with everything on your hosting server. For example setting up any third-party software which you may want to use on the server and troubleshooting any script which performs poorly or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade features 60 minutes of work and if a certain task is not very time-consuming, we'll add the remaining time to your account. You will be able to check out how many minutes are left in your billing CP and use them anytime you require assistance again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade could be ordered at any time, so if you require something to be installed in the very beginning, you'll be able to add it to your order during the sign up process, while if you need help later on, you can add it from the server billing area. 30 minutes of custom work are supplied with our Managed Services pack also, but in case you need more work to be performed on the server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade will be a guarantee that your apps shall be installed and set up in the very best feasible way.
